PS: that's not what "strawman" means.

Since nothing of the kind will ever happen this is in fact more straw man and totally irrelevant.

This has nothing to do with whether they should be here or not. EVEN IF I AGREE THEY SHOULD NOT BE HERE you still can't make the conclusion you did with the information you had. This has to do with sloppy reasoning.
It’s irrelevant, because we are discussing illegal immigration and illegal aliens. We are not discussing the incidence of any behavior pertaining to citizens. If this is your only strategy, then you need to go back to the drawing board. At best, it indicates a childish mindset. In other words, “Bobby marks on the walls, so why is it wrong when I do?” Furthermore, it is not a defense or justification. It is simply a copout. And, if your concern is citizens, there are plenty of other forums.

We don't have enough jobs for the people already here. We shouldn't be giving work visas to anyone, let alone unskilled laborers.

Round them up and throw them back over the fence. Let's start NOW.

Wow, really? You get to make a claim like "illegals have a propensity to drive drunk" and any attempt to actually determine if that is true or not is "childish"???

OK. I'll take that as an admission that you were just pulling stuff out of thin air.

Nice try. But, you know darn well my “childish” remark was NOT in response to your request for info. Rather, you incessant reliance on irrelevant comparisons between U.S. citizens and illegal aliens.

If you call thousands of deaths due to irresponsible illegal drunk drivers, “pulling stuff out of thin air,” so be it. But, I doubt their survivors would agree.

For starters, you can watch the video (if you dare) on the following link, and peruse the other link.

Focal Point: Crossing the Line :: WRAL.com

Focal Point: "Crossing the Line" examines the alarming number of drunken-driving fatalities involving Hispanic drivers, especially illegal immigrants.

So basically you have no data that says they are incarcerated for DUI at a higher rate than Americans. That's about what I figured.

Say 10 illegal aliens drive drunk, and 10 citizens drive drunk. If the illegal aliens weren't here that would be 10 less drunk drivers on the road. It's as simple as that.

Yes, it is. It's equally obvious that we could get rid of all 20 and everyone wins!
