Yes, I know. I was commenting on the reasonable suspicion part AFTER legal contact with LE is made.

No this is wrong. The law gave officers the right to initiate legal contact based on their suspicion that they were here illegally. The citizens of AZ could even sue the police if they didn't think the law was being upheld accordingly. lol.

When legal contact from LE is made, they will be asked for ID. How else would it be done? If they don't have ID or can't tell LE VERIFIABLE information as to who they are, that is reasonable suspicion.
