Also they are given documentation to get them past customs. Its not as challenging as you would make it sound.

Do you carry your papers on you in America? Well, even if you by chance do, it's not a requirement. We are talking about protecting American citizens' rights to due process as well here, not just illegal immigrants.

Out of 310 million how many would that be? Did they remain deported after it was cleared up? I don't think so. Mistakes are made in life and not just on immigration issues. Nothing in life is perfect. If I could make it so, I would but humans and databases are prone to error. Such is life.

I carry my id everywhere. Also to produce my birthcertificate, passport, ss card would take no time at all.
As far as rights. All americans are protected as are illegals to a lesser degree. No one is trying to deny due process. Simply rein in the abuse of due process. Lets face facts in the electronic age its a matter of minutes to verify most documentation.
If there is a problem the person would be granted time. But in the case of illegals there is nothing to verify because they are here illegally to begin with.

You make these claims like checking these things should be instant but reality proves otherwise, read the link I just provided and quit acting like reality is performing just how you think it should be.

And I blame all the illegals and their supporters for this
They have created the problem and its unfortunate thate innocents are caught in the cross fire.
However giving illegals a free pass or being overly generous towards them is no solution.

Granting people due process which we deem to be like a fundamental right is overly generous? Mkay.

Information checked?
Place of birth, ssn, dr. lic and criminal record. They do it thousands of times a day.

Yes, they do. Given todayís automation, itís quite simple. I fail to see the problem. How does this differ from flying?

Overly generous to illegals is granting them work VISA's and months if not years even tho they are here illegally to begin with.
