Until an alien who is arrested without a warrant is placed in formal proceedings by the filing of a Notice to Appear (Form I-862), the regulation at 8 C.F.R. § 287.3(c) (2011) does not require immigration officers to advise the alien that he or she has a right to counsel and that any statements made during interrogation can subsequently be used against the alien.
Illegal aliens have no Constitutional protections until they are placed into formal proceedings and receive a notice to appear (NtA) and it must be filed, until it is filed they have no/very limited protections. Thus they can sign a voluntary departure form and be deported without hearings quicker.
"Oh yeah, it so much better to waste our precious resources reviewing 300,000 cases of people that shouldn't be here in the first place. And lets reward them with a work permit"!
I agree. How much of our taxpayer dollars will it take to review these 300,000 cases? Millions of Americans out of work and they will get work permits. Unbelievable!
It also stated that those with U.S. spouses and/or children will get priority and the length of time they have been here. Great! They managed to evade the law for a longer period of time so let's reward them.
Since when does Obama have the right to do this? Congress makes immigration decisions. He knows he is in big trouble in 2012 so he is just pandering for the Hispanic vote again. This is just plain sickening!
Told you all he had an agenda, let me tell ya, i believe he still does! keeping America down. Stocks down today over 450 points, housing values down since Aug 3.5% and going down even lower, how many of us look for the highest values in our homes, forget about it! Not going to happen. Unemployment figures for this month so far 408,000 claims, not looking too good this America.

Where did you copy this second part from? I just want to source that someone within the boundaries of the United States has no Constitutional protections. Why follow a process for someone if they have no rights?
