Clearly there is an abuse here. They are not representing the purpose of the visa, as the article stated some come illegally to do the same thing.
There is no law that US Visa will be denied to people who are pregnant
This was confirmed by US State Department Lots of rich ppl from 3rd world countries also come to US for birth as United States has much better hospitals
At the very least, if they don't pay their medical and physician bills, then don't hand them over the birth certificate. Why give them a free birth certificate that they view as a way around the immigration laws and also as their ticket into the welfare offices the rest of their lives in the USA?

Can we strip citizenship from people who don't pay their credit card bills? How about people who have their house foreclosed on? This sounds like a great idea, more welfare for big corporations.
This is kind of an interesting idea, getting rid of birthright citizenship. Let's think about how it might work.
Nobody gets citizenship by birth. Then when people are 18 we'll run some sort of formula and decide how much they're worth (will they be productive enough to financially contribute to our glorious society?), and then only give citizenship to the good ones, and put the rest of them on a boat or something and ship them off to wherever.
