Let's legalize murder so it won't be a problem.
Yes, and while we're at it, let's eliminate the tax laws so that tax evaders are no longer criminals. There are a whole lot of laws a lot of us don't feel like obeying.

No, lets NOT change the law..lets put CITIZENS to work FIRST...
There's nothing obvious about why they come here..because it's not all about work.

Sorry Dude..but you fail seriously here because there doesn't have to be a "logical perspective" ! But from a Legal Perspective it makes perfect sense. And I, and what I said, in no way shape or form even remotely recognizes that we should legalize illegal aliens.

Sure it does. You said the whole problem is that they are illegal. So make them legal, the problem goes away.

Nope...the fact that they don't respect our Country enough to apply legally already makes them bad candidates for citizenship.
And I never said the "whole problem is that they are illegal"..you said that.
If your gonna get it get it right...

It does? We have a terrible tangled web of a legal immigration system. Trying to go through it as a laborer is basically useless to begin with.

And we're not talking face cream here but thousands of dollars worth of furniture. I say pay the damn taxes..grow up and be honest..if you know you don't qualify for something then don't look for a loophole to get it anyway. And these days I support having to qualify for Social Security...it was never intended to become what it has...if you make the same amount of money in your retirement as you did before you retired then you shouldn't qualify for SS. Sorry if I hijacked the thread but Benicar you asked...
Oh and BTW..as a citizen you have the right to refuse to fight..but many ,in wartime, drove ambulances, were file clerks, or chaplains assistants. You don't have carry a weapon to support and defend your country.
Thanks for the clarification. And, I realize every member of our military is not involved in combat. Nevertheless, they served in their assigned capacity, and every position has a purpose.

Yes, our immigration web is so tangled, that we somehow manage to welcome more legal immigrants than all other countries combined.

Perhaps because we already have enough laborers? Nah, it must be racism.

Agree with you, very much. To the point at hand, because they should not be here! Exactly.
