No other visa types that can demonstrate a need to have a license, as long as they also meet the other criteria?...

Why should a state link the issuance of driver´s licenses to immigration status?...

So a country´s immigration laws don´t mean anything if they ¨took¨ the land of another country?...

What would be the limitation on that idea?
50 years? 100? 1000?

They were. The government of Spain invited them, even gave them land grants.

Why did the government of Spain invite them you ask? Because it was having trouble getting Mexicans to move up into Texas. Why didn't the Mexicans want to move into Texas you ask? Because they were scared to do it.

Remember the Alamo? Well guess what - there were "hispanics" fighting the Mexican army for the Texas Independence after the Alamo. Remember those scared Mexicans, well not all were scared, there were federalists moving into Texas along with the non-hispanics who didn't like the centralist direction Santa Ana took Mexico in.

The past is the past. Were talkin bout TODAY. And there aint any people alive today who remember 1848. If Mexico catchs an illegal Guatemalan, they aint nice to em. Despite Guatemala being part of Mexico back in the day.

Hey - since Guatemala was once part of Mexico until the Guatemalans stole that land from the Mexicans, why aren't Mexicans pouring illegally into Guatemala like they are to the whole USA?
