How is this at all contradictory?
Source?

The government can't find the illegals to deport them, how did it find them to squeeze taxes out of them? When they don't steal social security numbers, there would be no way to trace the taxes being paid in, and when they do steal social security numbers, how can you know whether the real owner of that number paid the taxes or the illegal did.

And also there's no reason to believe that those who knowingly hire illegals are paying taxes in even if they deduct them from the paychecks, after all who would be the wiser? It's not as though the illegal would get an annual statement from the social security administration so they would notice and report a discrepancy.

And the illegals who do use stolen social security numbers also are aware that declaring many exemptions will get them out of paying taxes.

You had stated there was not a tax form for illegal aliens...

My comment was strictly to counter that claim...

But, it isnít a tax form for illegal aliens. Itís a tax form to be used by Non-Resident Aliens, who, by the way, are assumed to be here legally on visas. Now, unless you can produce a tax form specifically for illegal aliens for both the SSA and IRS, it is not possible for either agency to determine their tax contributions.

Usually because the real owner is dead. There's not some black art to cooking up these numbers.

It's funny how this narrative works. When we're talking about ridiculous concepts like "gateway crime," if we listen to posters on this forum, it seems that EVERY SINGLE MEXICAN in the US illegally is engaged in identity theft.

But when the conversation shifts to taxes, well, there's just NO WAY TO TELL suddenly.

Illegals cannot pay Income tax / wage tax which is our biggest tax.

If they do the only way to do that is to STEAL a ss# or Tax ID #.

The only way illegals pay tax is through goods & services.

I don't think so. When anyone dies, officials, whether it be the mortuary, coroner, etc., are required by law to report the death to government offices so that all things like SS are stopped. If a deceased person's SS is stolen, it "should" be caught somewhere along the line. If it isn't, then our government agencies have screwed up...again! Or, even worse, turned a blind eye! In either case, again, we the voters need to clean up the crap by sending the right people to the Senate and House of Representatives that will put personal agendas aside and do the job for their constituents and the country with which these positions are charged and responsible!

lol, you made me laugh Benicar. The desperation on the part of the pro-illegals to make excuses for their presence here and to claim that they are a net benefit is truly mind boggling. What about the rule of law? I guess that means nothing to them. I have come to expect that from the ethnocentrics and those that employ illegals but not from those whose ancestoral background has nothing to do with Mexicans or any other Latino countries which most illegals are from.
