And the native indian tribes that are indigenous to THIS country are not to be confused with the tribal ancestors of the Mexicans who were not indigenous to this country.

Not all Native Americans born within the USA are automatic citizens. The 1924 Act only allows "natural born citizen" status to those who's tribes allow it. the Snyder Act, was proposed by Representative Homer P. Snyder (R) of New York and granted full U.S. citizenship to America's indigenous peoples, called "Indians" in this Act. (The Fourteenth Amendment guarantees citizenship to persons born in the U.S., but only if "subject to the jurisdiction thereof"; this latter clause excludes certain indigenous peoples.)

As for the children born here of illegal aliens, their parents owe no allegiance to the USA and vice-versa, thus their children do not inherit such allegiance nor are they owed such allegiance. The children have broken no laws by being born within the boundaries of the USA.
