So, according to the great you, if you break a law you are not a criminal.
Now I have proof that you know nothing of what you talk about.
What a surprise!

It depends on which law you break. Which is what people have been trying to tell you.

BTW, Arjay, I hope you're not too cowardly to admit that you're wrong like you got mad at that other guy in the other thread.

Back on topic or the thread will be closed, please. What you personally consider a crime or don't consider a crime is hardly relevant here.
Yac.

No, what I said was you are not necessarily a criminal if you break a law. You can just admit that you're wrong here and be done with it, because you have no concept of what you're discussing.

One more time for those of you who are slow.
If you break a law, it is commiting a crime. Making one a criminal.
This is the concept being discussed, much as you try to spin it off into something else. What you declare is just plainly false. So who should just admit that they are wrong, still? It would be you. Even though your arrogance prohibits it.

Try checking with law enforcement before making any other idiotic statements like this. Or check with a lawyer.
Laws are not a cafeteria menu for you to pick and choose. You either obey them or commit a criminal action.
Try breaking a law as the illegals constantly do. Walk up to law enforcement and declare that action. See what happens.

I would happily admit being wrong, if that were the case.
After all the times you have been shown to wrong and still do not admit it, the only one getting mad and taking cowardly stances would appear to be you. But with your posting history, that is not surprising.

Sorry, you're still wrong. Sometimes breaking a law is only a civil offense, not a criminal one.

lolz.
Note that at no point did you even ASK what we were referencing. Never did you ask for some sort of breakdown of the grounds for distinction. You simply assumed, wrongly, and not to mention with enormous amounts of smugness despite genuinely knowing nothing about the topic, that breaking any law is a criminal offense. Consider yourself educated by those of us who are slow.
