Just an FYI, my aunt works as a corrections officer in Vermont and she told me all the employees have to learn Spanish... LOL
I wonder why.
Another drain on the taxpayers, having to teach state employees a foreign language to cater to their inmate population. I wonder how many correction officers in Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil had to learn a foreign language to cater to their inmates' needs.....
