With the stroke of a pen, CA illegal employers are given a wink, a nod, and a big thumbs-up.

What more could illegals want? In Cali, they can now drive without a license, receive in-state tuition and financial aid for college, as well as work without the hassle of having a valid SSN.

Why isn't Obama suing the state for interfering in immigration law?

Is it any wonder why our state has more illegals than any other?

Someone on the defense team in Arizona or Alabama needs to ask this so Obama can stop this Charde of false claims.

California has over stepped the federal government.

Someone should be standing out on street corners in DFW handing out fliers illuminating all of the pro-illegal programs in CA so our illegals will LEAVE and go THERE. Moonbeam wants to coddle them? Then he should have to coddle ALL of them. And then he'll face a recall election.

Because these actually are in line with Obama's agenda. DUH

Anyway, employers still get a free pass if they want. They can simply reject due to an inability to run a credit report. Unfortunately, employers are still allowed to use credit - availability or scoring - to screen applicants. And "insufficient credit" is a valid denial reason.

That's of course if the employer cares. I'm fortunate enough to work for a company that does not believe in hiring anyone who is not legal. Such is the value of companies where the HQ is international, rather than the other way around (HQ in US but they outsource to other countries). International leadership is strict, but they're fair most of the time.
