If this holds then California is in violation for giving tuition for illegals and that should be block as well. All sanctuary cities are also in violation.

Temporarily and they let the most stringent parts stand all in all a good day for our cause considering Obama sent an "army" of DOJ lawyers down there.

Actually, this was a ruling as of today, Oct. 14th. It also disallows schools for asking about immigration status now. A final ruling to be around December. There were very few victories for our side.

This was very predictable. The rulings on such laws have been quite consistent.

Not quite. The Feds WONT stop the sanctuary citys an instate tuition for ILLEGAL aliens.
