A group of law school interns and their bosses at Jerome N. Frank Legal Services Organization at the Yale Law School brought the lawsuit on behalf of the illegal aliens. The interns argued that the 11 suspected illegal aliens were unfairly treated based on race.
Dang. The illegals have more rights and "benefits" than citizens do.
Plus they don't have to pay taxes.
In some cases it seems so or at least that they have equal rights to citizens. My problem with it is that they are allowed to file lawsuits in this country against immigration officials and citizens when they don't even have a right to be here.
Some do pay some taxes but it isn't enough to cover their social costs. Some taxes are paid under a fake or stolen SS number.
Anybody notice how this situation and case would likely be the ONLY time a "federal" judge would judge "against" the "government?" Oh, how surprising. Now, let's look at the flip-side when a "federal" judge judges against a "state" when the "state" sues the "government" because the "government" won't help it fight against illegal immigrant.
Very interesting and typical. Federal judges judging in favor of individuals against the government when it HELPS the illegal immigrant. However judging AGAINST an individual or state when it goes AGAINST illegal immigrants.
Also, many people such as these laws students are just using illegal immigrants and the topic to bring experience to themselves.
the charge of discrimination by race is strange in that so many BP officers are mexican american. the race card gets played successfully way too much in case of controntation with law enforcement vs minorities. this should stop. civil rights law should not be used to defend the uncivil.

Filing a lawsuit is nothing do with immigration status when it comes to violation of civil rights Any first year law students would even know that
Now any and everyone can sue. Just look at the 16 nations lined up against the U.S.
