One of the reasons Newt Gingrich is getting ahead on the polls for President is because he has compassion for the Mexicans who are being mistreated and torn away from their kids and grandkids. As soon as he started showing some compassion for the Mexicans he started soaring up in the Polls.
Also some people dont realize it especially the ones in this group but the Latino vote is very critical towards the next person that runs for president. Obama really hasnt done much for the Latinos including the Mexicans so if he doesnt change his ways he might just be a one term president if he doesnt start talking about immigration and working on our immigration laws instead of Just Jailing the Mexicans and destroying families, If Obama doesnt start using more compassion towards the Mexicans that are being used as slaves and mistreated like his people were a few decades ago he isnt going to be around for too long.
Today our Color TVs are Blk and Wht while Latinos are practically invisible unless they commit a crime then Latinos are given plenty of exposure by the Media. The only heroes Latino kids have today are Michael Jordan and the Taco Bell Chihuahua and i dont think they have the Chihuahua anymore. Latinos today including the Spanish realize that they are being treated just like the Mexicans so they are starting to realize that if they are being Categorized that way they might as well choose sides and go on the side of the Mexicans and i cant say that i blame them.

I wonder where this poster's compassion is for American lawbreakers that are separated from their families because they are being jailed or imprisoned for their crimes? Evidently, only illegal alien Mexicans should be afforded compassion when they commit crimes? At least illegal alien Mexicans can take their families back to their homelands with them. You are correct, unfortunately ethnocentrism is the only cause many legal and illegal Mexicans are behind.
What amazes me is that these losers never hold Mexico, Pres. Calderon or Mexican politicians accountable for THEIR problems.

The purpose of American immigration laws is to benefit Americans. Their purpose is not to make life pleasant and easy for Mexico's lower classes. I dont feel guilty at all about feeling sorry for people that were lured here in hope of a better future for their families and have lived here for over 20 years and have grandkids here and have worked hard to raise them and to contribute to the economy of this nation doing hard work on farms and ranches for slave labor pay and keeping our prices low on food and housing and then the U.S. economy takes a turn for the worst and we start blaming them that they are criminals when the real criminals are really the wht executives like Ebbers, and Madoff who made off with over 100s of billions dollars and these executives that are getting 100s of millions in bonuses for getting Billions in help from the taxpayers and these Car companies that are robbing people left and right so the government can bail them out and the Banks and the oil companies and the list goes on of these companies that dont pay any taxes and we neglect the real criminals that bomb our buildings and commit horrific murder crimes and even eat their victims and mass murder people and Molest all these little kids and then We spend our time blaming the people that have been persecuted since the beginning of time for wanting to survive with their families like we did in this great country that we all came to for the same things that they want to achieve that we ourselves have obtained only the shoe is on the other foot now and How soon We forget.
Then when Sunday comes around WE go to Church and beat our chests and pray to God and Jesus and tell him What Great Christians We are and just So we can sleep good at night we call ourselves good people and we call the Mexicans Lawbreakers and Illegals but when our relatives were in their shoes generations ago we called ourselves mighty Christians.
I wonder if our Lord God Almighty believes us that We are Good Christians after the way we have mistreated the Mexicans our neighbors whose land We Stole our own brothers and sisters.

A group of foreign nationals do not have the inherent right to conspire with greedy employers and undercut wages. They do not have the right to break American laws on immigration, forge documents and ignore our employment laws.
I don't care if they had kids when here. In fact I wish they did not as the education of Mexicans poses a huge burden on many American school districts. Most illegals are not farmhands. They take jobs in fields that many Americans depend on such as construction and landscaping. In doing so they have not lifted up American living standards. In fact they have lowered American wages and undercut the ability of America's least able citizens to collectively demand a living wage.
In short they are scabs. Selfish, thoughtless, criminal scabs who only care about America in as much as they use this country to grab what they can from it. First off, if there was any luring done it was on the part of the greedy employers, not us. They have taken jobs from Americans. If Americans had those jobs instead they also would have been contributing to our economy. Illegals don't keep prices down. They just increase the profits of these greedy employers and you're ok with that? Second, these employers are passing on the social costs of these illegal aliens to us. So that 25cent tomato is now 2 bucks. Where are the savings?

I know that a D- is better than President Obama’s F-. However; I will vote for a candidate that has the best record and I think that we can do much better than Newt. While Speaker of the House, had he acted on illegal immigration legislation, we might not even have the problems we have today.
Our country was built by law. While I know that laws have been abused in the past and will be abused in the future; we still need standards. Millions of immigrants have come to our country and followed our laws. Legal immigrants are in the group hurt the most by illegal immigration - both job pressure plus the unfairness.
Most illegal immigrants are guilty of more than one crime. They obviously broke our laws unlawfully entering our country. They also lie on most employment forms or show false identification. Some receive benefits that they are not entitled to by filing false claims. Many are paid under the table and do not pay federal taxes. Some are guilty of smuggling drugs into our country. Some were criminals in their own country or gang members.
