No it won't. No arguable issue. The cops can do what the statutes tell them with seized automobiles.

Agreed, I guess these criminals only believe Americans should follow the laws and they can do whatever they want.

California has tons of Illegal aliens involved in drunk driving arrests , insurance scams and accidents, someone willl have to pay for this and the taxpayers are getting sick of it.

Yeah right, pretty soon these illegals are going to seriously get their a$$es kicked when they total someone elses car with no ins. or license.

All this does is invite a serious beating on them when an American losses cash/car due to an UNLICENSED,UNINSURED AND ILLEGAL driver causes an accident.

No wonder African Americans in the inner city are already in conflict with the border brothers/illegal aliens.

This will only increase when other Americans have to pay for the damage to their vehicles and loss of money caused by illegals driving.

Yes it is easily solved by simply enforcing the immigration laws we ALREADY have.

No need to round them up, cut off all freebies,fine and jail their employers and when caught driving or stopped around town DEPORT them.

LOL, no need to ask them. Take away their job opportunities through E verify and enforcement.

Remove any and all freebies and you will begin to starve them out. Some will self deport, others that are arrested for other crimes will be forced out through deportation.

When enough working Illegals are removed through deportaion and loss of jobs through E verify their broke and destitute families will have to leave and join them.

Just enforce the laws we have now and make life difficult, let them live in fear of deportation and job loss. Criminals SHOULD live in fear.

When the stress overwhelms them and the finances suffer they'll think about leaving on their own.

Right now it is too easy for them, but that's changing as several states heve already enacted legislation to weed them out.

Ohh right sure. Three years of a terrible economy and illegality have not made them go home. But now that they know you are mad at them they will certain get right up and leave.

Ya sure it is. And giving a fake name for a ticket because you don't have a legal license since you slithered across the border makes you a model citizen. There are so many things legally and morally wrong with supporting that I don't know where to start.
