Obama rule would let undocumented stay in U.S. during application - latimes.com

Of course Congress wouldn't get to vote on this proposal...

Why can't they take their families back to the homeland with them while they are waiting for their applications to go through? I still don't think it right that they get to jump to the head of the line or have their applications processed at the same time that potential immigrants who are waitiing in their homelands for their applications to be processed are. Since we only allow in a million immigrants per year it only stands to reason that some of those already waiting will be pushed to the back of the line because our quotas will be used up sooner by this policy.

Obama is just pandering for the Hispanic vote on this one. He knows he is on shakey ground with most non-hispanics so he is getting desperate.

When will AMERICANS STOP giving away THEIR RIGHTS

Americans have been very generous, but you can't be generous with people who hate this country and want to milk the system by entering illegally.

Obama needs to held accountable by the american citizens for throwing our immigration laws under the bus..I voted for him because of the slackers who didnt enforse these laws and NOW I will vote against him for the same reason.. I hope others do the same and he will NOT be re-elected..He had his chance and has failed.

Yeah this is ridiculous. Why are we supposed to care that they had children while violating our immigration laws? So their kids gets TWO citizenship options while our citizens get to subsidize foreign nationals from other countries to come here. How is that fair?

Obama is the toughest president on Immigration in 50 years. You clearly don't know what the hell you're talking about.

So will many Democrats and Independents who see him as a Hispandering TRAITOR with no respect for American immigration laws.

Obama plays both sides. This clown would never let Americans vote on this because he knows he'll lose.

In November Obama will get the message as we will be done with this clown.

As anyone knows Illegal aliens don't care about laws, paperwork or anything else but themselves.

This is to be expected from this loser, after all he had an Illegal aunt AND uncle violating US laws who both should have been deported back to Kenya.

Maybe his disrespect of US sovereignity is inherited.

Not to mention that he has ordered HS not to deport any illegals who have not been "convicted" of a serious crime. What other president has done that?
