My daughter knew one of the women who went along with the deal - according to the mother of the son he had managed to find 4. End of the day, he got the return and the mother never got her $500. Now, how could these women report him without telling IRS that they provided the social security number of the child(ren) with the promise of $500, without incriminating themself? As a bonus, he had the details and could use them on the next year's income tax filing. He works as a security guard at a city hospital - a city (government?) employee.

Yes, I'm sure there is a whole lot of that too -- certain Americans are cashing in on the big money made from fraud and illegals.
