Too bad they didn't do anything much about keeping him out of the country because now the taxpayers get to care for this pathetic individual for many many years.

Illegal immigrant nets 27-year sentence under "Katie's Law" (4:34 p.m.) - Las Cruces Sun-News

DNA that, when entered into a database created under Katie's Law, matched Dominguez, who had an extensive history of illegal re-entry into the country and was then in jail on another charge of aggravated assault.

The victim was unable to positively identify the assailant, as he masked his face with a hooded sweater, but a rape kit resulted in DNA that, when entered into a database created under Katie's Law, matched Dominguez, who had an extensive history of illegal re-entry into the country and was then in jail on another charge of aggravated assault.
The fact that he has an extensive history of battery and re-entry is absolutely ridiculous. I wonder how many more like him are still free to roam the country thanks to Obama's defacto amnesty.

He would be eminently prosecutable and then deportable under the present rules. You did not know that? How could you not?

Did you not know that 0-blamea wants to change any of the "present rules" when it can benefit him? How could you not know?

Chicagonut always wants to know why I think the antis are right wing. Thank you for demonstrating my point.

The antis should be applauding Obama for deporting about twice as many illegals as Bush. But instead he gets this sort of silliness.

He gets what he deserves. In all probability, imo, he deports only those who will not swear fealty to him.

As for twice as many, you do realize that those "figures" come from his administration. Not exactly a source to be trusted, witness how he tends to say one thing and do another. Like blaming cops for doing their jobs and then trying to gloss it over. Or promising to close Gitmo as the first action of his administration. How did that go?

You have eminently proven that you have your 0-blamea goggles on.
