It doesn't matter what you or I want. It's already too late. All you and I can do is prepare for the likely consequences; overloaded social services, third world diseases, lackluster performance in schools, added pressure on wages, greater and greater amounts of poverty, overloaded prisons, increased gang activity, and huge increases in taxes to pay for all of this glorious "diversity."
You're right of course about most of our politicians. In regards to diversity however, massive illegal immigration and high quotas for legal immigration from one particular nation or ethnic group is NOT diversity. We can handle diversity in this country as long as it really IS diversity and immigration occurs legally in controlled numbers. When "immigrants" start outnumbering our own native born citizens because of massive illegal immigration and too high of quotas for legal immigration then we have gone down the wrong road and that is where we are headed currently.
