Of course, making sure illegal Haitians are not sent back to their homes because of an earthquake is more important than protecting the public.

Immigration authorities released man who went on to kill 3 in North Miami - Miami-Dade - MiamiHerald.com (http://www.miamiherald.com/2012/01/22/2602909/immigration-authorities-released.html - broken link)

Quote:
And because of his convictions, an immigration judge ordered Dufrene deported to his native Haiti.
Why did it never happen?

Quote:
The episode is a black eye for U.S. authorities, who by law could not detain Dufrene indefinitely after the Obama administration ordered a temporary halt of deportations to the island nation.
Disgusting.

"Because of immigration, my daughter is not alive.”
Because of illegal immigration and obama's decision to halt deportations.

Obviously Barack Obama feels that we have some obligation to Haitians. This is absolutely sickening. Vote this pathetic empty suit out! 1/20/13!

Actually Barack Obama believes Illegal Aliens are special and the laws don't apply to them.

Just ask his (ex) Illegal aunt and drunk driving Illegal alien uncle, let's not forget the 15+ million Illegal Mexicans that he Hispanders to.

It's frightening to even think of the number of similar illegals we currently have in this country. Of course, they are all "otherwise law-abiding" until they rape, maim or kill. We should all sleep better knowing we have Obama's policies to protect illegal aliens such as this pillar of the community.

Obama I guess in a humanitarian gesture suspended deportations of Haitians as a result of the earthquake. They did reserve the right to deport criminal Haitians but that didn't start until a year after the quake. Unfortunately ICE can only hold immigrant felons for 6 months or release them so the guy was lucky to get released. Although ICE should have kept some tabs on him and deported him once the deportation moratorium was lifted.

One silver lining in this case if one could call it that is that some loony liberals are actually calling on Obama to stop deporting Haitian criminals. This case will put the kabash on that nonsense.

Violent illegal immigrant felons should not be allowed loose on the streets of America to slaughter innocents.
