If you had seen as many people killed/maimed by drunk illegals as I have, your outrage would be through the roof.

Right. Where in our immigration laws does it say that illegals can only be deported if they have three DUI's? I thought just being here illegally merited deportation.

Many of the victims on this memorial were killed by illegals while DUI.

Memorial in Honor to those Victims who were killed by Illegal Aliens l

This is a small example of people who have died for one reason or another by an illegal. If those illegals were not in the country, their lives would not have been cut short.

I am begining to think we should deport our legislators as well. The fact that deportation numbers have increased means little when you review the policies of deportation. Until we address the problem for what it truly is, then numbers don't really mean much. No president has addressed this problem adequately since Eisenhower, including this one.

Well, he had his day in court, funny nothing further is being reported. Too bad they don't deport illegals on the basis of being fugly, otherwise they would have deported him the first time they stopped him.

Onyango Obama has reportedly remained a fugitive in this country since 1992.
Obama has reportedly hired Margaret Wong, the same attorney President Obama’s illegal alien aunt, Zeituni Onyango used to fight her deportation order last year. Obama is due back in court on January 12, 2012.

Smith: President’s Uncle Benefits from Backdoor Amnesty
Quote:

Washington, D.C. – According to media reports, President Obama’s illegal immigrant uncle, Onyango Obama, has been released by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after being arrested in Massachusetts for driving under the influence, driving to endanger and failing to use a turn signal. According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Onyango Obama has a final order of removal pending from 1992.
This move follows the Obama administration’s decision to create a new deportation policy that amounts to a backdoor amnesty. Political appointees at DHS have announced that they will review illegal immigrants in removal proceedings with a final order of removal and consider allowing them to stay in the U.S.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) issued the statement below.

Chairman Smith: “It appears there is a double standard—one for President Obama’s family and one for everyone else. Last year, President Obama’s illegal immigrant aunt was granted asylum and now his illegal immigrant uncle has been released from ICE custody, even though he was arrested by authorities for drunk driving.
Smith: President?s Uncle Benefits from Backdoor Amnesty

The above may also explain the new rule that illegals cannot be deported prior to being arrested 3 times for DUI. I believe this is only Obama's uncle's second arrest for DUI.

He's probably already been sworn in and taken his oath of citizenship.

A law to deport illegal immigrants who commit drunken driving offenses was defeated by Democratic lawmakers in a state where dozens of innocent Americans have been killed or critically injured recently by illegal aliens driving under the influence.

The bill was introduced in the California Assembly after a drunken illegal immigrant struck a mother of four (Sara Cole) as she loaded her sonsí bikes into the family car. The severe blow crushed the northern California womanís legs, leaving her partially paralyzed. The illegal immigrant driver (Lucio Rodriguez) had a previous drunken driving conviction, a suspended license and a blood alcohol level of more than twice the legal limit.

Multiple illegal alien offenders like Rodriguez will remain protected from automatic deportation in California thanks to Democratic lawmakers, who joined forces this week to defeat the bill known as Saraís Law. The two legislators who voted for the much-needed ordinance in the state Assemblyís public safety committee were Republicans with the majority Democrats voting against it.

Well I think that its obvious that we need to let them have 3 dui's. We simply don't produce enough drunk drivers of our own. We can't make the death by drunk driver quota without illegals. To be realistic perhaps we should make it 6 dui's instead.
The question begs how many DUI's can a legal immigrant be arrested for before their VISA is revoked?

It will only matter if the VISA holders are friends and family members of Obama and Co.
