Maybe victims and families of victims should get together and bring a class action suit against their state or the government for failing to following the law when an illegal causes grave injury or kills a person and is found to have prior convictions of any nature. The mere fact that they were not deported in the first instance is a violation of the deportation law. I'm sure there are plenty of lawyers who would be happy to take on such cases.

I can't get my head wrapped around the fact that an illegal is given 3 chances to kill or injure someone, punishable by deportation with a opportunity to sneak back into the US. And the funny thing is, their license can't be suspended, because they don't have one and they get a ticket which they don't pay.

Here are the penalties for Americans:

We have had Americans fight for civil rights and here you have illegals who not only get their own civil rights, but are protected by government, by virtue of entering the country illegal.

I guess that you missed the part about his order to stop the deporting.
