After some research I've been able to find out how one reports illegal immigrants but there is very little information available on how to report immigration fraud.
I know of a person who crossed into the US last month but was caught. He then posted bail and found a lawyer to help him file a case in the immigration court under false pretenses. It turns out that these immigration cases can take several years to resolve in the courts.
In the meanwhile this illegal immigrant has found a job and has been making money. He just wants to work and wouldn't go back even if the court deported him. He is trying to find a girl he can marry so he doesn't have to go back to his country.
I know that he lied to border patrol under oath and that his entire immigration case is a sham. What authorities can I share this information with and how do I go about doing it?

Good luck with that, I tried calling ICE once and there is no way to reach a live person, only a robo-recording.

First, you want to do it anonymously and also protect yourself. You don't want to be the victim of retaliation. I'm about to go to bed, but I will try to post something for you tomorrow.

Same here good luck with this, you will probably most likely get no where with this.

What i did when we had remodeling and additions done in late 2010 and i found out the contractor hired a lot of illegals. I made a call to the phone number on the site for contraqcting fraud.

Told my contractor and the next day, they were all gone. And i got finally an american contracting crew. What they did with the inforatmion i honestly do not know, but i told them that the contractor hired illegals paying them under the table, and at that point don't know what happened.

I kinda sorta was not trusting my contracor, he was a hot head if i ever saw one, and did not want to screw up the rest of our additions and remodeling job. My problem i am not afraid, of anyone or anything, that is my problem. I could stand up to the contractor, and he definitely was not use to this. I spoke my friggin mind.

Things as this go on more often then any of us realize. I believe nothing is done. But i can be wrong.

You can report it but trust me it will be years before someone even looks at the complaint. Apparently ICE is going after bigger criminals and more than likely the person you speak of would be one of thousands not considered a criminal, "risk" or "threat".

You might try sending a letter to your congressman signed "A concerned citizen" and let him know what you know.
