Aside from landscapers, and construction, who else underpays the illegals?

Landscaping is a cash business so I can see how they can get away with underpaying.

I see in the NYC area that lots of fast food is manned by hispanics, not sure if they are illegal, but if that is in fact true, are they also being underpaid? If so, how can that be since they are a major public corporation? Wouldnt the workers cry foul play and use the various latino rights groups to help them in their cause

I work in property management in some minority areas, and believe me these people do know how to manipulate the law to their advantage.

Car washes I can understand because it is a cash business

But most motels, and hotels are large public corporations. And isnt there a law saying you cannot pay someone below minimum wage?

If they have a problem with being underpaid they can pack their bags and get the Ha out of the U.S. and go home

These are some of the businesses that hire lots of illegals and while they pay minimum wage, the ability to hire illegals is one of the reasons they will never pay above minimum wage.

They can pay them whatever they want, if they are paying them cash. That's part of the big scam out there. The rest of us pay our taxes to support our nation, and our politicians are giving it away. They should be taught a lesson, and have Mommy and Daddy take their credit cards away.

Default if walmart can do it

Walmart hired out a company for cleaning, then they were identified as illegals but Walmart is off the hook because they had no knowledge. SOOOO many ways for corporate america to get around laws.
