They'll probably say they were kidnapped, and the government will issue all 87 work permits and applications for U Visas. Plus, as long as they have no criminal record, they're home free.

I very much doubt that illegal border crossing is down at all.

The illegals may be avoiding some states, but they're pouring over the border in extremely high numbers.
