I'd rather have a city like Los Angeles than an abandoned Detroit, I think most would agree. If people are leaving a city in droves, new comers, even if they are of a different national origin are welcomed. Some people would disagree, but these are the same nutcases that are complaining about Muslims moving into Detroit.

I'm not sure if the "they" is black Americans, or anti-illegals. But, since I fall under both categories, I'll assume I am included. Yes, I "hate" Hispanics so much I fell in love with one, married him, and gave birth to two sons. Yes, that's real hate. Oh, and my surviving son has that Latino look. He even speaks fluent Spanish. Boy do I hate him. So much, I would be willing to die for him.

Yes, they were. But, they were arrested in THEIR country. They didn't flee to another country illegally, and expect to be treated as citizens.

You are going off on a tangent, that's not what the post said , it claimed that they were "law abiding American citizens"

I don't know one black citizen who opposes having Hispanic neighbors, as long as they are here legally. On the other hand, most do oppose an invasion by illegal aliens, who transform nice neighborhoods into squalid barrios.

How does a citizen know if their neighbors are legal immigrants or not?

Law-abiding or not, they were fighting for rights in THEIR country. Were they not?

For starters, perhaps when they arrive in the middle of the night, crowd 20 into a single-family home, and speak not a lick of English. That's usually a red flag.

Oh, and let's not forget: They don't realize diapers are not to be discarded by throwing in the yard, and toilets can be flushed.

Why is it that you're all just hispanics when you are considered a large voting block or in support of each other because it increases your population in this country? Yet, you consider it racist when you are lumped together with the illegals many of you embrace and support because you are the largest populatiion of illegals in this country?

Talk about wanting to have it both ways.
Ouch.

I've met plenty of legal immigrants who don't speak English. The arriving middle of night as proof is ridiculous and makes no sense. I'm sure there are plenty of legal immigrants and citizens who live in crowded homes. Want to try again?
