Being an illegal immigrant "is not a crime" and shouldn't be, Republican presidential contender Rudy Giuliani said yesterday, drawing quick fire from GOP opponent Mitt Romney.
"No, it shouldn't be," Giuliani told talk-show host Glenn Beck when asked if living in the country illegally should be a crime, "because the government wouldn't be able to prosecute it. We couldn't prosecute 12 million people. We have only 2 million people in jail right now."
Aides said later that Giuliani was making a legal point, not a policy statement, on the logistics of arresting so many people.

The girlie man will not get my vote. It's enough is is a social liberal, being pro-illegal immigration is a sure signal he should not be leading this country that is in crisis because of immigration.

To make a statment like that shows what a politican will do for votes and
just where the American people stand with him. It seem's that the Amerian
people are not the main priority with to many of the pres.cand.
Then he send's an aide to cover up...less respect.
I feel that anyone that support's illegal immagration is some one that
does not deserve a vote from me...

He's not going to get my vote. Rudy saying being an illegal immigrant isn't a crime really doesn't surprise me considering he was mayor of NYC. A city that has absolutely huge numbers of immigrants and illegals.
Another case of insert foot in mouth disease. I can't see why anybody that's for enforcing our immigration laws would support this assclown. He needs to disappear.

Rudy all you need to do is look at the first word of illegal immagraint. ILLEGAL!!!!!!!!!! Law-abiding illegal immagraint is an oxymoron. You aint getting anywhere near my vote.
