GUADALAJARA, Mexico – Undocumented immigrants will remake U.S. society and politics in the coming years, a Mexican priest who advocates on behalf of Central American migrants said.

“They are becoming a hidden, silent revolution that will re-found the United States and transform it into a true democracy,” the Rev. Alejandro Solalinde told Efe at the Guadalajara International Film Festival. .

They need to focus on having a silent revolution in MEXICO, and transforming their corrupt oligarchy into a true democracy.

Oh this is a hoot! Uneducated, non-skilled, non-English speaking illegal aliens are going to remake the U.S. Yeah, into what? Just like the Mexico they left behind? Gee, I can hardly wait.

Good God: are those people nuts or what?

That sort of talk WILL just make us Americans even more hostile against Mexico and Latin America.

Must think alike, hate to say this, was thinking the exact same thing. Does not matter they break the law to come here, they also, want our Country another hell **** hole, as where they came from. Think most of us would not allow this to happen.
Fudgin nerve of these people.

Regrettably, they have already done so in many areas; turn the cities and neighborhoods they have invaded into a clone of what they left behind. A visit to most of the border states cities will confirm this. For all practical purposes, for example, Los Angeles is now Mexico City's largest suburb.

That would take courage, which they obviously don't have. It's easier to enter this country illegally and whine about the deplorable conditions in Mexico, DEMAND we accommodate their every whim, and vilify all who dare oppose their illegal presence. After all, only mean-spirited racists don't want them here.

There is also the political reason. The corrupt oligarchys and politicos that have always ruled Mexico discovered long ago that it was easier to export their social problems than to deal with them. They sent their underclasses North, ie, they dumped their garbage over the fence into our backyards. But then they discovered that there was gold in that trash, Yankee Dollars, billions of it sent home each year to enrich their coffers. Mexico does not want their expats to come home. If they did, then they would be forced to deal with new problems and those billions would not continue to flow. Mexico has been howling and whining recently about illegals coming back home, either willingly or from deportation, complaining that they do not have the facilities to care for them. Mexico actually has the nerve to blame the US for this situation. What a shame, now that the shoe is at least partly on the other foot the Mexicans can cry all they want as far as I am concerned.
