Perhaps you need to get out of your sheltered life and move, not visit, MOVE to an area where the problem of illegals is very accute - So. Cal, NV, AZ, NM, Texas - live the problem.

Then YOUR ignorance problem may be reduced
Greatday:

Have you noticed the closer the date approaches (12:01 AM January 1st, 2008) for the Employer Sanctions Law to kick in here in Arizona; the more and more desperate the pro illegal fans are getting---------hence their immature, childish comments.

Methinks that us real Americans are winning the battle----------and, the war as well.

Geez, I guess starting tomorrow, all those great Arizona jobs paying 7/hr will start going to American citizens instead of illegals. What an accomplishment!

I do not see a problem because the Arizona economy produces many low wage jobs. Maybe with a smaller labor force the employers will have to raise the wage to $8 an hour.

Not just Arizona; friends from both Michigan and Pennsylvania; both '4 seasons' states have commented on the skanky wages there as well since manufacturing has really died off.

I guess starting tomorrow Arizona will not have hospitals collapsing under the weight of illegal's unpaid medical bills, Arizona schools will have extra funds because they will not longer have to provide ELL and remedial services to illegal immigrants, as clown houses close neighborhoods that had deteriorated can begin to rebuild, the jails will be less crowded, the taxpayers will not have to pay for as many interpreters and AZ may start looking real good to Americans who wish to live among other Americans. What an accomplishment!

I still do not understand why some redneck gets so riled up about this topic. I guess, they must be bitter because their maquiladora jobs making zippers 12 hours a day went to a Mexican with a 2nd grade education down in Tijuana and now they can't find anything better?! Also, it is not like the people who live in the hills were descendents of royal families in Europe. Their ancestors were mostly starving Eurotrash, so I am not sure where this sense of entitlement and "superiority" comes from, I would say probably, there are some major underlying psychological issues and a lot of insecurity.

In my case you are almost right. I was ignorant...........to the invasion! Even after enduring personal misery brought by the illegals.
It was after the march in LA in 2006 when I typed "illegal immigration" in the search field that I had an awakening. I couldn't believe the extent of the blatant rape of my country and the hispandering by poiticians that are enabling the invasion.
