Unfortunately though, Obama has put a stop to deporting illegal aliens that haven't yet been "convicted" of a serious crime. How many are out there working with fake or stolen ID's or getting paid under the table to work that haven't been caught yet? A crime doesn't have to be a violent one in order to be a felony.

The problem is -- all illegals are here breaking the law, it shouldn't require a violent rape or murders for illegals to be deported.

Often this is just another special right illegals have -- commit a violent crime that would put a citizen in prison, and the illegal is just sent home. Many of these violent criminals simply obtain a new set of stolen identity documents and are right back over the border.

What gives them a right to stay here ahead of people that come here legally?

They are gambling that we will never be able to afford to forcibly remove them.
