United States Constitution, Article II, Section 3, includes the following language regarding the responsibility of the President of the United States:

"[H]e shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed[.]"

One of the most beautiful aspects of our Constitution is that it is written plainly and succinctly. As set forth in this clause, the President has a Constitutional obligation to faithfully execute our Laws. There is no ambiguity, there are no multiple, competing interpretations of what it means.

The President's administration has made arguments that the Executive is somehow empowered to completely ignore due process of law. This administration has carried on the unfortunate tradition of pushing the boundaries of Executive authority beyond any rational connection to what is set forth in the Constitution. This administration has, now, publicly indicated its intent to violate one of the key duties imposed upon the President by the Constitution itself.

The President does NOT have the authority to override his obligations under the Constitution. He does NOT have the wherewithal to disregard or ignore his duties and obligations as the Chief Executive. The President does NOT have the ability to disregard laws that he believes are wrong, that he believes are improper. He must faithfully execute the Laws, as properly enacted by Congress.

So more race card delusional rhetoric. Not surprising coming from hardcore liberals who defended the OWS, even those who committed sexual assault.

It is not common sense that they stay. It benefits them and puts a disadvantage on everyone else.
Exactly! IMO only those who are citizens already should have the honor of serving in our military. From what I understand the need for new enlistees is very low so this avenue will just be another one where citizens will have to compete with "immigrants" to gain employment.

"King" Obama is Pandering. He must be very worried that he will not be "King," for another term. Thank God we have term limits.

That's fine. Gov Brewer of Arizona has a GED and she is one of the brightest stars in the GOP, right?

I hope you're joking with that one. AZ has gone a tad too far with their restrictions IMHO.

Okay, here is my question: Did Obama break any laws by issuing this executive order? If so, how and when will the process begin to overturn this executive order?

I wish you were around when Abraham Lincoln, for the first time in US history, suspended The Writ of Habeas Corpus.

Yes, he's not even trying to be King of the American people. A king of a people should put the citizens of his country ahead of foreigners. He's not doing this because it benefits the American people in any way, certainly not the millions of unemployed Americans. He's trying to be King of the Illegals. Get them great jobs in the USA, put them ahead of suffering Americans.
