What EO? If you are talking about what DHS just did in regards to DREAM eligible persons, it was not done by EO but by DHS policy in a "memorandum of guidelines" that "should" be followed, not "shall" be followed. DHS has always had this ability, Obama is simply coming out with this as a political ploy now.

Or uninformed.

Look up the memorandum, quit watching MSNBC, all of heir shows state it was done by EO.

The memo clearly states it is but a guideline of things field offices "should" do and not things that they "shall" do. It also states this will be done on a case by case basis with no guarantees of receiving discretion or work authorization. This is actually better for the anti-illegal crowd then what Rubio was proposing. Obama doesn't give them anything, no legality and can still be deported on a whim, where Rubio gave them a visa and would allow for change of status making it harder to be able to deport them. Obama and DHS have been doing this very thing already for the past few years, they simply used it now for political gain.

I don't watch TV networks for news anymore. Thanks, though. Everytime I'd search for the actual memo, it'd just be some commentary site...
