According to this activist, if SB1070 is upheld, some illegals and their supporters are threatening violent rioting. That would be a VERY dumb move.

Galindo was especially shocked by one that read "Get ready for war against these haters! If SB 1070 passes, it will be Hell on Earth! Get armed and be ready on the street."

Maybe that's what it's gonna take to make us Americans so mad that they'll be screaming at DC to cut off ALL illegal immigration and catch and boot ANY illegal alien here in the US. Tho the LONGER the SCOTUS waits to give its 1070 verdict; the more sure it'll go AGAINST the illegals.

Or dead. Not at the hands of law enforcement, who will handle them relatively gently, but from citizens that have had it with their nonsense and who will defend their property with deadly force.

Well we all worry about the end results of this and I would hope the illegal activists do not turn to violence. My child works in a mostly hispanic workplace and I would fear that if the radicals stir up the pot. I really would hate to see a civil war break out over this.

So would I, but the intensity of the entire issue is designed to create tension and friction. The lack of enforcement, the economic tension and the looming economic doom has created the us against them mentality and the evitability of implosion. I pray that your son will be ok.
