"Anchor Babies" at best, may be considered US Nationals, but as far as having a "right" to live where they were born, I would disagree, one only has the right to live where one is recognized as either a national and/or citizen, or legal immigrant.

If you want to seperate them from their parents, fine. The illegals need to go. Their children should be with their parents. If that means that the children have to leave, also fine.

Personally, I don't agree with the concept of "anchor babies". If, when they reach legal age, they wish to invoke their birth place as a reason to return, then at that time it should be taken into account. Not until then, IMO.

First, I don't believe anyone has actually done this, it just sounds made-up. Many on this forum portray the Border Patrol and CBP Officers as any variety of inept, hobbled, or corrupt. If someone was stupid enough to try this, and approached Border Patrol/CBP Officers with illegal aliens in a van, they deserve everything coming at them.
