People in the UK do not have papers to submit.

First they have to apply for the job.

If the company is interest or shows interest in this particular person, they can sponsor this person for a work visa, which they submit to the Feds.

However, Arizona made the first part illegal with their law stating that no one who isn't authorised to work here can apply for a job here.

Do you see the problem now?
Our federal law requires legal authorization to work in this country. Of course, states must comply. When did an AZ law prohibit the employment of foreigners with work authorization? I am still waiting to see that provision.

If you apply for the job and are accepted you will go through the visa process where you will submit required documents for an H1B visa (The potential employee must show that s/he is qualified for the specialty occupation and that his or her degree or work experience is equivalent to a US bachelor degree, and that this background is relevant to the US position. This will also include your passport and/or to include other forms of legal ID), this will then authorize you to work here. Please, don't be obtuse with your comments, if you don't understand how "undocumented worker" is defined, don't jump in with some poorly opinionated version of the definition.

Typical for Guttierez to use the race card and use the unwarranted claim that racial profiling will automatically occur even when it is prohibited. These ethnocentrics are so damned desparate!

He's a pathetic piece of garbage. He's Puerto Rican and a citizen yet he still feels the need to pander to ethnocentric race baiting groups in order to get re-elected. What a sad clown he is.

It's beyond sickening. Funny, during a traffic stop citizens are asked for ID. Yet, somehow it's racist to require the same from an illegal.

So you can guarantee that racial profiling wont happen now that the law has been upheld. I forgot, republicans believe racism ended in 1964.
