PEOPLE, regardless of citizenship have RIGHTS in this country. US Citizens have MORE rights granted to them, but to say others don't have RIGHTS is really FALSE. Please consult with your local College Professor.

Yeah, and how idiots want in the name of enforcing laws, want to take away people's rights. So they pick and choose the laws as they see fit. You cannot enforce laws and do it with disregard to people's rights. That's the biggest hypocrisy you can commit.
Who the hell said not to enforce our borders? Get off it. Stop trying to say people who believe in the Constitution and Civil Rights are anti enforcing immigration. YOU FAIL.
That's fair. So let's limit the critique to the Obama administration which makes a pretense of enforcement but with a wink and a nod to the Hispanic constituency assures them that the enforcement will be so lax as to be meaningless.
I dont think she lost. Everytime this stuff is brought up, you see illegals leaving Arizona in droves because of their paranoia. Now with the Supreme Court backing one of her initiatives, she will have many leaving the next several weeks. Doesnt fix the problem, but gets rid of a lot of the problems for AZ. Unfortunately they just go to another state

Illegals are a protected class of criminal. One the federal government refuses to arrest, prosecute or punish. And further, by those actions puts honest people at risk and passes on the huge costs of this criminal activity on to the taxpayer's and the states. I guess that's too complex for pea-brains to understand.
Governor Brewer. Be honest. You,Arizona,and all patriotic,law abiding Americans lost. Yes the court upheld one provision,but they basically castrated it and made it unenforceable. Later,Obama and his DHS basically again said they would not cooperate with you on illegal immigration enforcement.
Here's my idea.
Round up all the illegals currently in Arizona jails. Get as many buses as you need. Then,start off for Washington DC. On the way,make a detour in Chicago. Drop some off at Obama For America headquarters and also at David Axelrod's address. Then,head to DC. On the way,drop a few illegals in swing states like Ohio and PA. When you get to DC,drop them off at the white house. As an added nice touch,give them some weapons,ala Fast and Furious.
Take it a few steps further. For every criminal alien apprehended by AZ that the feds don't deport, and who then commits a violent felony against the good people of the state, start arresting federal agents as accomplices.
My idea is pretty simple. Go to the largest section of border fence in the state. Enclose a 5 acre rectangle, 3 sided enclosured out of 30 ft high razor wire. Make the 4th wall the border fence. Cut a door in the border fence section. Use that as a holding area for criminal aliens awaiting pickup by ICE. You might see a good bit of self-deportation going on. Especially if we don't provide food, water or shelter. Of course some would just sit there and die without foodstamps and welfare handed to them.

You are assuming they are going to commit crimes. We should then assume that YOU one day will also commit a crime. WOW.
In case you didn't know, you are not a criminal until you are convicted of a crime.

You're kidding, right? I have read far more insults and personal attacks from the left than I have ever read from the right.
Why is Arizona mad at Obama? It was the SCOTUS that ruled Brewer's laws were unconstitutional.
