I remember one case well where the personnel guy was a Hispanic. Go figure! At any rate the illegal aliens are just as guilty as the employer who hire them.
Just think how few there'd be if employers didn't hire them.

E-verify across the board will fix that for the most part.

Obama is only deporting felons though. Which is good but why does he get glowing marks for leaving the rest of them alone? Besides, even Obama admitted that those deported numbers are skewered because it includes turning back illegals at the border and those who have self deported.

I agree. But also deport the illegals. The Arizona law has went after employers. So does the ALabama law.

But but if you cut off the revenue stream won't they self deport, saving us billions of dollars?

That's been the party line in this forum for all the anti's...yet we rarely see an employer going to jail.

The Constitution is for all Americans. Illegal aliens have very limited rights in this country. The SC ruled in favor of the Constitution. It was not unconstitutional for AZ LE to inquire about status in this country under lawful contact where ID can't be provided and that is why the SC upheld that part of sb1070.

Go fly a kite? lol.

Who the hell said not to enforce our borders? Get off it. Stop trying to say people who believe in the Constitution and Civil Rights are anti enforcing immigration. YOU FAIL.
Whose rights are being violated and how? Seems it is Obama that is picking and choosing what laws he wants enforced and those he doesn't, speaking of hypocricy.

The problem is that we haven't cut off the revenue stream. It isn't only about jobs but benefits and birthright citizenship that is luring them here and keeping them here.

As for the employers I don't want to get repetitive in here but it has to be proven that they "knowingly" hired illegal aliens. If you want the details please read my other posts on this issue. The Bush administration held many raids. The Obama administration put an end to them.

Jan Brewer instead of working with the FEDS decided to take on "immigration policy" into her own hands and the Supreme Court slapped her back into Constitutional reality!
