what reason is that? what will happen? do you have any historical examples?
1. Safety
2.Less criminals and people with disease get in, people with jobs and a desire to be Americans
No examples because it has been hard for some time, but I am sure others can take the time to find them.

so with no historical examples, your other answers are just theoretical. if you have sources to back up your theories, i would love to see them. otherwise, you're just making a guess, and i dont know that you have the proper education and perspective to make any sort of accurate guess.

And I dont know that you have the proper education to understand why we have these laws and they are pretty obvious.
9/11 terrorist were given visas, obviously it is still to easy to get in here.
"According to expert analyses of the visa-application forms of 15 of the 9/11 terrorists (the other four applications could not be obtained), all the applicants among the 15 reviewed should have been denied visas under then-existing law. Six separate experts who analyzed the simple, two-page forms came to the same conclusion: All of the visa applications they reviewed should have been denied on their face".

SO Mexicans are the only ones wanting to come here? you asked why it is so difficult to get into America legally, you didnt specify just Mexicans, and some could be, just like some whites are.
Visas are handed out like water. Another misappropriation of funds, has this door been closed so terrorists no longer come in? Or have we spent all of that budget on the Mexico wall?
Any ideas as to how we can get our own cities to do the same?
