The illegals could have saved a lot of money and just gone to New Mexico which issues them drivers licenses and the clerks in the DPS offices will even tell the illegals what they need to bring in order to commit fraud. Don't have a NM residence? Well find someone to "lend" you their electric bill -- voila - that's all the proof you need. If you can't even do that, then get someone to write a letter and have it notarized saying they are your NM landlord. Of course you don't really have to live in NM, it's just a formality they say.

NM has always been a joke in that respect. What would you expect from a state that elected that illegal
alien pandering idiot, Bill Richardson to be Governor. That was a few years back, but, he would have given NM back to Mexico if he could have.
