Oh good Lord. If we did that, who would cut our lawns? clean our houses? or work in the fast food restaurants and 7-11's?
Well lets see, My grand-son-in-law is district manager for several 7-11 stores, Two of my daughters and one grandson all work for 7-11 stores, Several of my friends work for 7-11 as well...........none of them a hyspanic and none of them are illegal. Gee I wonder how the heck they ever got their jobs.

I believe that, obviously, entering the U.S. undocumented isn’t right..but if they made it here then we should just make them pay a fine and give them their residency! It isn’t fair that if the Cubans arrive here and touch U.S. soil and then they can become residents but the Mexicans, Guatemalans, Salvadorians, etc. arrive here and get kicked out if they aren’t legal. It’s using double standards!! And now there are these hate crime that are occurring… and the border patrol can get away with murder, literally. I can’t even wear a Brown Pride shirt or a Virgen de Guadalupe shirt without getting dirty looks. Things have got to change for the better!! We can’t continue to act like this with each other! If Irish and Italian people can go around with their shirts and not get smart a$$ remarks said to them then why does it happen to me? I LOVE America, but I also love where my parents came from and my heritage. We should give everyone a fair shot at becoming a resident of this wonderful country. After all, this is a melting pot and we all are immigrants.

Interesting forum. It shows what whiney people many of them are -- *jealous* of the Cubans but completely lacking all understanding of the difference in the nature of Cuban immigration.
I've even seen Mexicans complain about Puerto Ricans having different treatment than Mexicans -- completely ignorant that Puerto Rico is American territory and Mexicans are citizens of a foreign country.
All that land these squatters are saying is their land, is OUR land. We bought it with gold. Obviously their version of the history books never talked about the Louisiana PURCHASE, or the purchase of all those lands west of Louisiana including California etc.
I think it's time that American Citizens got together in major cities by the THOUSANDS, and did a demonstration towards these illegal criminals who have invaded our country. Let's burn a few Mexican flags. Let's show our Government where WE stand, that we will NOT put up with this sort of thing in OUR COUNTRY.
I wish I could be more vocal, I wish I could put forth a stronger statement. However I feel I would be banned immediately as a racist or worse.
Remember the words, "United We Stand"??? It is time to Unite, and Stand Again. This time for war on our own soil.

Correct: all Puerto Ricans are US citizens.
