Now if you somehow fall throught the cracks and are actually on the list to be deported scream out that your gay and walla you magically move up the list it appears they want.

"cores of House Democrats called on the Obama administration this week to protect lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) couples when considering deportations.

Behind Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.), the lawmakers want the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to state explicitly that LGBT "family ties" will be deemed "a positive factor" discouraging deportation as DHS agents gauge whether to pursue cases."

They go on to say...........

"It would be beyond senseless," they added, "to see LGBT persons with family ties here in the United States deported simply because the affected persons, their attorneys, and/or ICE officials were unaware of DHS’s verbal policy."

I'm sure it would also be "senseless" according to these idiots to deport anyone because they are here ILLEGAL in the first place.

Pelosi wants the DHS to give gay illegals special consideration.
This stealth amnesty just gets better and better.

Now you have Congress asking for special rights for illegals. What about your citizens Ms. Pelosi ?
Weren't you elected to represent the citizens of the US ?

Since DOMA has been ruled unconstitutional by so many courts now, doesn't it make sense to put a hold on deportations of people who, when the stay of these rulings is lifted, will be here legally?

Actually, they do. It doesn't take much effort to squirt in a cup and give it to a female friend (in the case of men).

I do agree, however, that our immigration laws are already a mess. We can feel sorry for people, but where do we draw the line? I think if they're here illegally, they need to be sent home.

All an illegal needs to do is say they are "a Dreamer" and they will be released.

I figure it easily.

Under DOMA, a foreigner married to a gay American is here illegally. Without DOMA, a foreigner married to a gay American is here legally.

Americans born here are the forgotten. Our elected officals care more for the rights of illegals than those who are born American citizens.. been this way for quite a while.
