Democrats launch national effort to help Dream Act kids stay legally in US (visas, illegal immigrants)

Democrats in both chambers have launched a national effort to enroll young illegal immigrants in a new program letting them stay in the country without threat of deportation.....We suspect that most of the 1 million eligible [people] will not need a lawyer," Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill.), Congress's most vocal immigrant-rights advocate, said Thursday during a press briefing at the Capitol. "If you see a lawyer, and they're calling you, and they're offering you something and they're asking you to write a check, run away!"

Do our IMMIGRATION LAWS mean nothing now?

Does the President of the U.S. of A get to circumvent our U.S. immigration laws, the U.S. congress, the U.S. Constitution, and his "OATH OF OFFICE" ??

It has been reported that border agents have been instructed to ignore our immigration laws and release most ALL undocumented, illegal aliens including CRIMINALS that have broken the law right in front of their own eyes !!!

Border Patrol Agents have Slammed Obama’s Catch-and-Release Amnesty !

On Thursday, several concerned Senators held a press conference to bring to
attention the collapse of immigration law and order as experienced first hand by
officers who serve on the border.

The President of the National ICE Council,
described the pitiful state of “enforcement” these days following the
President’s unconstitutional
administrative DREAM-style
amnesty:

Prosecutorial discretion for DREAMers is solely based on the individual’s
claims. Our orders are if an alien says they went to high school, then let them
go; if they say they have a GED, then let them go. Officers have been told that
there is no burden for the alien to prove anything. Even with the greatly
relaxed new policies the alien is not even required to prove that they meet any
of the new criteria. At this point we don’t even know why DHS has criteria at
all, as there is no requirement or burden to prove anything on the part of the
alien. We believe that significant numbers of people who are not DREAMers are
taking advantage of this practice to avoid arrest.”

Immigrants
don’t have to prove they meet DREAM Act criteria to be avoid charges, the ICE union
chief says.

Now, President Obama, against the wished of congress is ordering illegal immigrants be given WORK VISAS to compete against jobless and underemployed Americans at a time of rising unemployment !!!
