I think you're falling victim to an indefinite pronoun. You said "this is vandalism". I think there's some confusion over what you felt was vandalism.

Again I couldn't watch the video, did the owner put the flags up like that or did someone else? I thought it was someone else, that is why I called it vandalism, but it is also a Flag Code Violation.

Oh Please, I am a veteran. It does not bother me. A crime.. really?? how stupid is that? How about protecting the constitution.. freedom of expression. Don't you folks have better things to do? GOOD GRIEF.. If I were Mexican I'd come to the US illegally if I needed to.. What kind of people are you? I am so tired of people blaming "illegals" for everything. Please.. anyone who is not Native American is an illegal in my mind.. and I am not a Native American. Get a life and start making a POSitive Difference in your communities.. how about an ANTI WAR RALLY or Get the troops home from the current ILLEGAL WAR!!

If your a vet and was'nt even offended by a leeching mexican flag over the Stars & stripes then you are an embarassment!!

And all you could see was vandalism?. English isnt even my 1st language and i read it perfectly clear..

Positive difference in my community would be getting the illegals out!!!!! Working on it. Protecting the constitution, we are trying to. Seems not everyone else cares to.

He called it vandalism thinking someone else had put it on the owners property, not that the vet was commiting vandalism.
