So many variables to what could make this happen, this one even cites the Mortgage companies as the problem.

"The rise was bigger than analysts had been expecting and could be a further sign that the labor market is slowing under the impact of the worst slump in housing in 16 years and a severe credit crunch that roiled global markets in August."

Hey maybe with all the illegals getting deported, some of these mortgage brokers could land a job now?

It would be interesting to see if a mortgage broker or loan counselor would really flip burgers.

Perhaps they would start a new business and create more skilled jobs for America, you know innovate.

I was in court watching the little sh**s that jumped my kid get detained, they are still trying to determine citizenship before they submit judgement, luckily they plead guilty, parents are illegal and so far no birth records have been produced. Pissed me off something bad, they were in there smilling at each other. Meanwhile my kid has a 17 staples in his head!! But I am back now.

Oh furious is only part of it, parents acted like it was no big deal, they worried more about themselves than my kid or their own. He will be fine, he has headaches but they say it should clear itself, he will get the stiches out, then we have to see a plastic surgeon about the scars.
