you give these people a no-win situation and then complain when they dont win. its retarded.

The key word here is "illegal." We will give them the ability to go home where they belong. They don't deserve anything else. What should they be winning? A jail cell would be my answer. Illegal is illegal.

The illegals apologists refuse to fathom the above. I counter it is just as inhumanitarian to rob Peter to pay Paul, so to speak. It is inhumanitarian to overtax American citizens to pay for services for illegals here, services that we citizens will never ever have. It is inhumanitarian for illegals to cause closure of my Los Angeles emergency rooms, because illegals abuse them for minor complaints for their gratis reception. It is inhumanitarian for Maratrucha Salvadorena to thrive like kudzu here and attack citizens because of an ill-conceived sanctuary protection: some sanctuary for our citizenry! And it is inhumanitarian to so diminish the importance of our U.S. laws that you fail even to equate breaking them with, say, breaking them. We don't rob banks when times get tough for ourselves or our families, and likewise, we don't travel to another country to break their laws when times get tough for ourselves and our families.

Most poor people in Mexico are not malnourished; they eat tortillas, rice, beans. The average poor person in Mexico/So. America is a bit overweight. There are the street children that have a difficult time of it, but the average poor family are usually not starving or malnourished (I know nutrition). The average illegal who comes to America has enough money to pay smugglers or to get here, I do not understand how they manage to save up all this money when they are poor....and they somehow save money while here to send back to relatives in Mexico. Maybe the reason is not having to pay rent or very little of it.

Just because the flag is above the American flag doesn't give a pedestrian the right to cut it down. The poor guy didn't even know that law existed! People are ignorant like that.
