You only substantiated my claim. Perhaps you need to re-read what you posted with clarity. There are indeed waivers, as Napolitano stated herself, for the "very deserving." And, by your own admission, many have been "unjustly" arrested and detained. Again, re-read what it says concerning "exceptions" for that inmate group. While you're at it, re-read what it says about "convictions." Oh, and given their proclivity for ID theft and fraud, it stands to reason they would have to exclude that group of miscreants from the ineligibles. Otherwise, how would any employed Dreamie qualify? After all, one of the documents accepted as proof of their 5-year continuous presence is their employment record.
I almost forgot. I didn't include felons. I said inmates. BIG difference.
I wasn't trying to argue either side. I was merely providing information. I made no statements saying that I supported the fee waivers. I made no statements saying I agreed with the administration in what the threshold for committing felonies or misdemeanors were. Why are you trying to pick an argument?

I wasn't picking an argument, merely stating facts. There are fee waivers for those eligible. There are also exceptions for those convicted of certain crimes. You posted felony info, when I never mentioned felons. And, on a case-by-case basis, those currently scheduled for deportation may be eligible for deferred action. Also, if you notice, ID theft is not listed under any of the disqualifying categories. Again, they realize employed illegals have committed ID theft, fraud, and tax evasion. It goes without saying they are being absolved.
Yes, those in deportations are eligible for deferral. Yes, there is a threshold for what crimes may have been committed and still be eligible. Yes, there are fee waivers. I don't see what disagreement there is though. You said fee waivers existed. I posted with the details of the fee waivers. Why the need to claim I need to read my own post when I made no attempt to deny any of these things?
*shrug*
I restate my earlier post. All the more reason for the welfare state to be abolished.
*shrug* All the more reason to oppose the welfare state.
Americans should not be punished for the actions of foreign criminals. If you don't want a welfare state then move somewhere without one. I hear Somalia is fun . . .

Perhaps I got the wrong impression from your post. If I did, I have no problem acknowledging a mistake. But, it did appear, at least to me, that you were trying to call me a liar. I don't need to lie on illegals, or their amnesty gift. It is what it is. And, it's sickening.

I read this topic as Blacknight calling the OP BS from a biased source. Frank looked to give the source of the OP's info from USCIS which makes Blacknight look the fool.

It is actually. Somalia is doing better in anarchy than it was doing under its previous regime. Sadly they keep getting attack by the USA, UN, and African Union.
Why not move to Venezuela? They have a lovely welfare state. Or maybe Cuba? North Korea? Vietnam?
Leave the union for capitalism though. Enough of the world is already collectivist, and I don't intend to give up the USA aswell.
@Liquidy
Actually blacknight might still have a point. There is no word on what welfare DACA provides. We'll have to wait ten days till further information is known.

The rest.....Well said Benicar!
Thanks! Clearly, I jumped the gun, and unfairly responded to his post. I guess I'm so accustomed to Frank disputing my every word, I totally misunderstood his intentions. I was wrong.
Frank, the welfare provision is new. Give them a chance to update their info.

You can't "give up" something that is not yours to begin with. And, it is not collectivism to reserve tax-funded benefits for citizens of this country.
