You only substantiated my claim. Perhaps you need to re-read what you posted with clarity. There are indeed waivers, as Napolitano stated herself, for the "very deserving." And, by your own admission, many have been "unjustly" arrested and detained. Again, re-read what it says concerning "exceptions" for that inmate group. While you're at it, re-read what it says about "convictions." Oh, and given their proclivity for ID theft and fraud, it stands to reason they would have to exclude that group of miscreants from the ineligibles. Otherwise, how would any employed Dreamie qualify? After all, one of the documents accepted as proof of their 5-year continuous presence is their employment record.
I almost forgot. I didn't include felons. I said inmates. BIG difference.

I made no statements saying I agreed with the administration in what the threshold for committing felonies or misdemeanors were. Why are you trying to pick an argument?

I wasn't picking an argument, merely stating facts. There are fee waivers for those eligible. There are also exceptions for those convicted of certain crimes. You posted felony info, when I never mentioned felons. And, on a case-by-case basis, those currently scheduled for deportation may be eligible for deferred action. Also, if you notice, ID theft is not listed under any of the disqualifying categories. Again, they realize employed illegals have committed ID theft, fraud, and tax evasion. It goes without saying they are being absolved.

I read this topic as Blacknight calling the OP BS from a biased source. Frank looked to give the source of the OP's info from USCIS which makes Blacknight look the fool.

It is actually. Somalia is doing better in anarchy than it was doing under its previous regime. Sadly they keep getting attack by the USA, UN, and African Union.
Why not move to Venezuela? They have a lovely welfare state. Or maybe Cuba? North Korea? Vietnam?
Leave the union for capitalism though. Enough of the world is already collectivist, and I don't intend to give up the USA aswell.

Actually blacknight might still have a point. There is no word on what welfare DACA provides. We'll have to wait ten days till further information is known.

You can't "give up" something that is not yours to begin with. And, it is not collectivism to reserve tax-funded benefits for citizens of this country.
