Major lie. There are fewer than 1 million agricultural jobs -- and that includes fish hatchery jobs. It's estimated that 25% of agricultural jobs are held by illegals -- that comes out to about 250,000 illegals working in agriculture.

Agricultural Workers : Occupational Outlook Handbook : U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

Number of farming jobs in 2010: 757,900 Not only that, these jobs are declining in number at a rate of 3% a year.

Very few illegals are doing any kind of farm work.

Another lie -- there is absolutely no requirement for these illegals to speak a word of English -- they can apply for their new work visas in Spanish.

And it's a lie that Mexico where most of these illegals are from is a horrendous country. A total flat out lie.

You're right, but it's still irrelevant. You have 10 million illegal immigrants here, at least 300,000 are migrant farm workers, how many more are working seasonal positions? Why does it even matter, it doesn't negate that we need a better guest-worker program.

Since this act covers children, and they are the ones being assimilated and have higher English speaking rates than their parents, it isn't a lie.

I didn't say horrendous, I said hostile and unknown. How many of these children grow up knowing the language, culture, and customs of Mexico? Forcing deportation of Culturally American children, regardless of legal status, is no different than transplanting a American citizen child in a foreign country, and saying "good luck."

Someone please get up the courage to impeach Obama for flaunting his disregard for the Constitution and rule of law.

Default Brewer bars public benefits for illegal immigrants

Dozens marched to the state Capitol on Wednesday, angry over Republican Gov. Jan Brewer's executive order, telling state agencies that they must deny driver's licenses and other public benefits to undocumented youth who can remain in the country without fear of deportation under a new federal program

I truly agree with Brewer's intent, but I am totally opposed to executive orders circumventing the legislative process. She has done the same as Obama. The Supreme Court is going to have to rule on limits to executive orders. The Dream Act was shot down in the US legislature, but Obama imposed it anyway by executive order. He should be impeached. And now Brewer has done the same thing in opposing Obama. What has happened to the rule of law?

When you become a dictator you can just say 'to hell with the constitutional process of passing laws.' How long before they will be voting?

Could Obama's change of welfare be so he can give more money to illegals in this country without their having to work.

Do you know that to get in on this Obama amnesty, they don't have to speak a word of English? Why do you suppose that is?

Many of these "children" speak no English at all. And if their families are from Mexico, they grow up knowing the culture, language and customs very very well.

There was the Olympic Silver medal winner who is a perfect example -- he came here at age 4 but he obviously feels very much part of Mexico, so much that he had to make a big scene showing his great passion for his real country.

When I was in college, I went and studied in Mexico. Not traumatic at all. It was fun.
