The scarey part is that given these papers they can apply for financial aid. How many millions in financial aid will go unpaid? How much of that financial aid will actually go towards education?
Brewer in AZ did her own EO that stated these people cannot apply or qualify for any state benefits.
Haven't seen any other states doing that yet.
At least they're making them pay to apply just like legal immigrants have to. They'd better keep making them pay--and it's in the thousands of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ when you're doing it legally. Pay for your in depth health exam and injections, pay for your criminal background check, pay to file every other form that comes along.
There is NO WAY they should be eligible for financial aid ahead of American kids. Maybe their generation just can't afford to go to college--just like other first generation immigrants. Maybe they'll just have to take a job and work their way through a two year college at the most or just make due with a high school education (that their parents never even paid into!!) Then THEIR kids may be able to go to college.
The federal government set up face recognition cameras at all consulates. Way to go "Big Sis"!
