Sounds like a good idea.

James says if Mecklenburg County can identify which countries students who are illegal immigrants are coming from, the county can send a bill to those respective countries and ask for payment for educating the students.
James tells WBTV "this debate is about CMS. The illegals in CMS - how much it is costing us Mecklenburg tax payers. I'd like to know what that is. I want to send a bill to Mexico, Venezuela, Nicaragua or where-ever it turns out people are from".

Its actually a service to these countries. They take up seats, teachers need to be paid, School lunch needs to be paid, Text books aren't free either.

Their middle class is thankful that so many unskilled, uneducated and poor have decided to make the US their home because they won't have to foot the bill for their care.

Mexico will argue that they never asked the US to take them in. Mexico will remind the US about their poor law enforcement of illegals and that the problem belongs to the US, not Mexico. And they would be absolutely right about that.
