Lets get the collections going.

Its actually a service to these countries. They take up seats, teachers need to be paid, School lunch needs to be paid, Text books aren't free either.

ROFL..Mexico is laughing at you. They will never send a penny to the US.
Their middle class is thankful that so many unskilled, uneducated and poor have decided to make the US their home because they won't have to foot the bill for their care.

Mexico will argue that they never asked the US to take them in. Mexico will remind the US about their poor law enforcement of illegals and that the problem belongs to the US, not Mexico. And they would be absolutely right about that.
